Address book                                   Manual page 145
 The address book allows you to keep a list of up to 256
 frequently used addresses.  The address book can contain a
 number of types of addresses, such as FAX, Telex, and Paper
 Mail.  You can have more than one address for the same
 person, such as an MCI address and a FAX address.

Add
  The Add button allows you to add a new address to the
  Address book.  You'll get a pop-up window that asks which
  type of address you want to create.  The next help screen
  describes the address types.

Modify
  Allows you to modify the address that is currently
  highlighted.

Delete
  Allows you to delete addresses from the address book.
  You'll be asked to confirm the delete before Commander Mail
  deletes the entry.

Ok
  Choose this option, or press Esc when you're finished
  maintaining your address book.
